THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. He / she will be responsible for creating compelling content, analysing performance metrics, and staying ahead of social media trends across all our markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive global social media strategy by country aligned with the company's brand identity and business goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms to ensure a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with content team and agencies to create engaging, relevant, and shareable content for social media platforms (copy, image, video, and interactive formats) maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels and countries.
- Manage content calendars and scheduling to ensure a steady flow of high-quality posts.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sentiment, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Utilize insights to adjust strategies, optimize content, and improve overall social media effectiveness.
- Manage influencers, brand ambassadors, and external partners to amplify reach.

- Master’s degree in business or communication.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in high-end digital companies; experience in beauty or related categories (fashion, lifestyle) and in B2B is a plus.
- Proven experience in social media management on a global scale.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international cultures and languages is advantageous.
- Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory, French is a plus.
