We’re looking for a Social & Community Manager to grow Exein’s organic presence and build authentic engagement with the cybersecurity and embedded systems community. You’ll own our brand voice across LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Meta and TikTok, while developing community-led initiatives and influencer relationships that strengthen our visibility and trust in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the social content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Instagram and TikTok.
• Grow our follower base and increase engagement.
• Launch and manage early-stage community initiatives (e.g., Reddit, Slack).
• Support event-driven activations and product storytelling.
• Identify and activate influencers, podcasts, and developer-focused partnerships.
• Contribute to short-form video content creation.

Success will be measured by

• Growth in organic followers and engagement
• Traffic to the website from social and community channels
• Number and quality of collaborations
• Community-driven leads and mentions
• Growth and retention of early-stage community channels

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media and / or community management for a B2B tech brand.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience building and managing communities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Reddit, and dev platforms.
• Bonus : Ability to create short to long-form video content.
