Le Prada Group recherche un responsable des stratégies de social media, avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion de contenus pour plusieurs plateformes. Vous serez chargé de créer et de coordonner des stratégies en collaboration avec diverses équipes tout en assurant la performance des contenus publiés.

Competenze

  • Minimum 5/6 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Fluent en anglais.

JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for directly managing social media strategies and contents on all western social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Linkedin), supervise and coordinate strategy and contents for all eastern social platforms (Weibo, WeChat, RED, Tencent, Douyin, KakaoTalk, Line, X Japan) in collaboration with local offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create organic editorial plan and calendar according to retail priorities and campaigns.
• Develop social media strategy per channel WW.
• Ensure a constant monitoring of performances.
• Create and analyze reporting.
• Ensure the nature of the contents lead to the expected level of performances.
• Coordination of local teams.
• Coordination with media teams or social paid strategies.
• Coordination with communication teams, retail, style office, external art directors and consultants.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Minimum 5/6 years’ experience in a similar role
Very well structured and organized, precise, strategic mindset.
Good sensibility towards fashion, both in terms of photo and video.
Very good knowledge of all social media platforms both west and east.
Result driven.
Very good with PPT, Excel.
Curious, passionate, and dynamic.
Fluent English.
