An international fashion brand is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, is fluent in English, and possesses strong organizational skills. You'll be responsible for developing strategies, creating editorial calendars, and monitoring performance to ensure success on both western and eastern social channels.

JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for directly managing social media strategies and contents on all Miu Miu western social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Linkedin), supervise and coordinate strategy and contents for all eastern social platforms (Weibo, WeChat, RED, Tencent, Douyin, KakaoTalk, Line, X Japan) in collaboration with Miu Miu local offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create organic editorial plan and calendar according to retail priorities and campaigns
  • Develop social media strategy per channel WW
  • Ensure a constant monitoring of performances
  • Create and analyze reporting
  • Ensure the nature of the contents lead to the expected level of performances
  • Coordination of local teams
  • Coordination with media teams or social paid strategies
  • Coordination with communication teams, retail, style office, external art directors and consultants

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Very well structured and organized, precise, strategic mindset

Good sensibility towards fashion, both in terms of photo and video

Very good knowledge of all social media platforms both west and east

Result driven

Very good with PPT, Excel

Curious, passionate, and dynamic

Fluent English
