Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist plays a key role in shaping and elevating the firm’s brand voice and digital presence. This experienced professional is responsible for creating and executing strategic content that reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence, compassion, and community. Working closely with the Managing Attorney and Marketing Contractor, this role drives digital storytelling initiatives and ensures alignment with the firm’s marketing objectives and values.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement metrics.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content (written, visual, and video) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop and manage a consistent editorial calendar to ensure timely and purposeful content delivery.
  • Experience with filming and capturing content specifically for social media platforms, including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and promotional videos
  • Brand Storytelling Development

  • Lead the creation of content that brings to life the firm’s impact, highlighting client success stories, legal milestones, and community outreach.
  • Film and produce personal lifestyle segments featuring the firm’s founder to deepen audience connection and authenticity.
  • Generate behind-the-scenes team stories that highlight firm culture, employee milestones, and workplace excellence.
  • Client Experience Education

  • Create an informative video series to educate prospective clients on what to expect in key practice areas, enhancing transparency and trust.
  • Showcase client journeys, testimonials, and celebrations to humanize the legal process and reflect client-centric values.
  • Engagement Analytics

  • Proactively manage engagement across platforms by responding to messages and fostering dialogue with the community.
  • Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adjust strategies to increase reach, interaction, and brand affinity.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends and platforms, proposing innovative ideas to grow digital presence.
  • Contribute to broader firm marketing initiatives, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support Representation

  • Support firm-wide marketing efforts through proofreading, research, media outreach, event coverage, and calendar development.
  • Represent the firm at external marketing events, professional meetups, and community initiatives when needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Travel between offices (SW Florida and Orlando).
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) and editing platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills tailored to various platforms and audience types.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Compensation

    55,000 - $60000 commensurate with skills & experience
