Generali, uno dei maggiori fornitori di assicurazione e gestione patrimoniale, cerca un Social Media Manager da integrare nel suo team di Media Relations e Content Management. La figura si occuperà della gestione dei social media e della produzione di contenuti multimediali, lavorando in un ambiente dinamico e internazionalmente orientato.

Competenze

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in gestione dei social media per clienti aziendali.
  • Ottime capacità di scrittura in italiano e inglese.
  • Passione per la creazione di contenuti digitali coinvolgenti.

Descrizione del lavoro

Within the Group Media Relations and Content Management Unit, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team, who will report directly to the Head of Media Relations and Content Management.

The candidate will have the task of managing the social media channels of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. and supporting the production of multimedia editorial content, in Italian and in English. In particular: press releases, Q&As and positioning papers, articles for generali.com, the Generali intranets, and social media, as well as videos and iconographic material. The candidate will also have to support the coordination of external agencies and suppliers, drafting briefs and verifying their execution.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Creating and publishing engaging content for digital channels – institutional website, social media, Group intranets, etc.
  • Monitoring and managing the engagement on social media channels
  • Monitoring KPIs and delivering reports by using web & social media analytics tools
  • Helping promote the online presence of Generali’s managers on LinkedIn
  • Coordinating with the internal functions (Marketing, HR, Investor Relations, Sustainability etc.) and colleagues worldwide to ensure the most effective flow of information across the Group

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Communications, Philosophy or any related field
  • At least 3-year experience in social media management, preferably for corporate clients
  • Preferred experience as a journalist, as a professional in a PR agency, or in a corporate communication department
  • Excellent writing skills, both in Italian and in English
  • Ability to select relevant information according to communication purposes, tailoring style and tone of voice
  • Proven experience of personal branding for top managers on LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of the main tools for social media management and social media and web monitoring
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Passion for creating engaging and innovative digital content
  • Ability to navigate quickly and effectively in the digital ecosystem through the main social media and the most relevant international information sites
  • Experience in the management of creative agencies
  • Interdisciplinary background with a specific vocation towards global economic and social issues
  • Proven ability to work with different cultures and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of French, German or Spanish
  • Knowledge of the insurance and asset management sectors
