Job summary

Fler is seeking a Content Creation & Social Media Intern (tirocinio curriculare) to support organic social channels and content creation on Instagram and TikTok. You will contribute to the editorial calendar, stay on brand, and help drive the brand revolution forward.

You are an early adopter of social media with a strong point of view, comfortable sharing content via Reels, TikToks, and Stories, and fluent in Italian and English (C1).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's or postgraduate program in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Availability for a 6-month, full-time internship
• Excellent Italian and English with C1 proficiency
• Passion for beauty and personal care

Responsibilities

• Create videos, engaging content, and copy for Instagram and TikTok
• Develop and maintain editorial calendar and adapt content based on trends
• Support community growth and engagement initiatives
• Analyze social media performance to identify opportunities
• Manage relationships with content creators and ambassadors for launches
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to streamline content creation
• Collaborate with marketing to develop briefs and assets for influencer campaigns
