Location : Job Type :

Part-time (≈ 12h-16h a week). Potentially convertible to full-time.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing short-form content across various digital platforms (mainly META & TikTok). You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and artists to ensure operational processes run smoothly and campaigns meet their goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the music and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities & Role Objectives :

As a Content Creator, your key responsibilities will be :

• Create and edit short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Monitor TikTok / IG trends (challenges, audio snippets) and adapt content quickly.
• Collaborate with Music & Operations teams to align video releases with campaign schedules.
• Track basic performance metrics (views, completion rate, engagement) to refine future videos.
• A / B test multiple contents per campaign to optimize conversion KPIs.

Skills and Experience required :

As a Content Creator, you will need :

• Fluent in English (non-fluent English speakers will not be considered for this position).
• Excellent knowledge of graphic tools such as Canva & CapCut.
• Problem-solving skills and a tenacious attitude under pressure.
• Good knowledge of META Business Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Strong proactive approach.
• Ability to categorize tracks across all music genres.
• General knowledge of the music industry.
