We are looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist to join our team in Brugherio (MB) for a full-time permanent role.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining brand identity across all social platforms (Facebook, Facebook Group, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and establishing overall community strategy to convert audiences into customers and advocates. You will engage with social media and community members to promote QVC's brand, offers, and events, and develop a compelling content calendar for all social media and community channels.

As a Social Media & Community Specialist, you will:

  • Manage brand presence across all social platforms, collaborating with content and influencer teams to ensure brand consistency and platform best practices.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate customer service strategies on social media, working with Customer Service teams to foster engagement.
  • Develop multi-platform social media video and content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Execute cross-channel social marketing plans, including content strategies.
  • Establish and manage community platform strategies to convert audiences into customers and advocates.
  • Implement initiatives to drive revenue, traffic, and engagement within QVC’s communities.
  • Collaborate with Talent and MSE teams, providing input and best practices for community growth.
  • Manage user-generated content strategies and nurture visual communities across departments.
  • Monitor brand, vendor, competitor, and influencer conversations using social listening tools.
  • Build and manage content calendars, create, review, and publish content daily.
  • Coordinate with departments to manage reputation, promotions, and reach.
  • Moderate user-generated content according to policies.
  • Identify social selling opportunities in partnership with the Digital Store team.
  • Analyze social media analytics to improve engagement and traffic, providing insights for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency or large company (retail experience is a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Experience with social insight tools (Sprinklr, Meltwater, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling skills and creative thinking.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and contributors.
  • Good understanding of current web and social trends and content management systems.
  • Experience managing successful campaigns for traffic, acquisition, and retention.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
