Social Engineering & Red Team Operations Specialist (Mandarin Chinese), Lecco

This role involves supporting high-level cyber operations with a focus on social engineering and offensive security in Mandarin Chinese. It is a fully remote position requiring cultural fluency, advanced social engineering skills, and knowledge of offensive security tools.

Responsibilities include planning and executing phishing campaigns, deploying adversary-in-the-middle infrastructure like Evilginx, and creating culturally relevant pretexts in Mandarin. The role demands discretion, operational security, and collaboration with red team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute targeted social engineering and phishing campaigns
• Deploy and manage Evilginx or similar infrastructure
• Develop pretexts based on Chinese sociopolitical and digital trends
• Maintain strong OPSEC protocols
• Collaborate on campaign strategy and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in written and spoken Simplified Chinese
• Experience with social engineering in offensive security
• Hands-on experience with Evilginx or similar tools
• Understanding of Chinese technology, politics, and digital behaviors
• Operational discipline and discretion
• Eligibility for a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with red teaming tools like Cobalt Strike or SliverC2
• Knowledge of Chinese digital platforms such as WeChat, QQ, Baidu
• Background in military, law enforcement, or offensive cyber operations
