Job Title: Social Engineering & Red Team Operations Specialist (Mandarin Chinese Fluency)

Job Description: We are hiring a Social Engineering & Red Team Operations Specialist with fluency in Mandarin Chinese to support high-level cyber operations. This is a fully remote opportunity suited for someone with deep cultural fluency, advanced social engineering skills, and a strong understanding of offensive security tools and methods. You will play a key role in planning and executing phishing campaigns, deploying Evilginx or similar adversary-in-the-middle infrastructure, and crafting culturally relevant pretexts in Mandarin. This role requires discretion, precision, and a strong operational security mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute targeted social engineering and phishing campaigns
2. Deploy and manage Evilginx or similar adversary-in-the-middle infrastructure
3. Develop pretexts and lures based on Chinese sociopolitical and digital trends
4. Maintain strong OPSEC protocols
5. Collaborate with red team leads on campaign strategy and execution

Required Qualifications:

1. Fluent in written and spoken Simplified Chinese
2. Demonstrated experience with social engineering in offensive security
3. Hands-on experience with Evilginx or similar tooling
4. Deep understanding of Chinese tech, politics, and digital behaviors
5. High level of operational discipline and discretion
6. Eligible for a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with red teaming tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, SliverC2)
2. Knowledge of Chinese digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, QQ, Baidu)
3. Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or offensive cyber operations
