As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing. This internship is designed to provide exposure to marketing strategies, campaign execution, and digital marketing in a real-world luxury hotel environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
  2. Social Media Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  3. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to support marketing strategies.
  4. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
  5. Digital & Social Marketing: Collaborate on digital and social marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC advertising, paid social campaigns, and email marketing.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze data from various marketing channels, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Alternatively, currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
Duration:

6 months with an additional 6 months renewal possibility.
