Competenze

  • Expérience prouvée dans des rôles de vente ou commerciaux.

Purpose of the Position

To conduct prospecting activities in the assigned segment and area to acquire new clients and develop the existing portfolio. The main goal is to increase sales volume (fleet and number of clients), foster loyalty, ensure business sustainability, and profitability of orders, while providing high-value consulting to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Propose and sell Ayvens mobility solutions to Small & Medium Enterprise clients;
  • Analyze clients' mobility needs to offer the best tailored proposals;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and lay the groundwork for additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling strategies;
  • Manage and develop the assigned portfolio and client relationships to meet targets;
  • Collaborate with the SME Manager/Supervisor to define client development strategies and manage activity plans and meetings;
  • Adopt a proactive approach to risks, report anomalies, and suggest mitigation actions, strictly following company policies.
Skills and Knowledge (Soft and Technical)
  • Degree or diploma in economic or humanistic subjects;
  • Proven experience in sales or commercial roles;
  • Dynamism and flexibility;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Proactivity and adaptability to change;
  • Team spirit;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation;
  • Good command of English;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other main IT tools.
