A leading company in experiential hospitality is seeking an SFC Manager responsible for coordinating and producing hospitality materials for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2026. This managerial role involves project management, collaboration with teams, and ensuring quality standards are met for guest experiences. The SFC Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, production, and delivery of all small-format printed materials and branded collateral supporting the Hospitality program for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. This role ensures that every guest-facing detail aligns with On Location's premium experience standards, from welcome letters to signage, menus, and luggage tags.
Reporting to the Director of Hospitality Central Services, the SFC Manager will work closely with all functional teams and external suppliers to ensure needs assessment, production timelines, brand alignment, and operational readiness.
