The SFC Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, production, and delivery of all small-format printed materials and branded collateral supporting the Hospitality program for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. This role ensures that every guest-facing detail aligns with On Location's premium experience standards, from welcome letters to signage, menus, and luggage tags.

Reporting to the Director of Hospitality Central Services, the SFC Manager will work closely with all functional teams and external suppliers to ensure needs assessment, production timelines, brand alignment, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the creative development and execution of all small-format hospitality materials.
  2. Gather needs and inputs from all internal functions, including initial and update phases.
  3. Develop and manage production timelines, delivery schedules, and quality control processes.
  4. Ensure alignment with branding guidelines and the Games' visual identity, seeking approval from IOC/MICO via the Track platform.
  5. Manage relationships with print and logistics suppliers.
  6. Support the second production wave with innovative and function-driven input.
  7. Ensure readiness and provide on-site support during key milestones and Games time.

Required Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event operations, marketing, production, or hospitality collateral management.
  • Strong project management skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • High attention to detail with a creative flair.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong asset.
  • Experience in Olympic, international sports, or large-scale events is a plus.
