Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Skin Health Technician.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and execute batches for screening tests in the lab.
• Handle the formulation, filling, and labeling of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) batches in the lab and pilot scale.
• Create necessary documents and arrange the shipment of samples for GxP studies and trade samples.
• Perform physical and chemical analyses and complete the dossier required for the release of experimental batches.
• Conduct accelerated stability studies on formulation prototypes to ensure product quality over time.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of the laboratory and warehouse.
• Place orders for raw materials, equipment, and consumables as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team, scientists and project leaders, providing direct support for project execution.

BACKGROUND REQUIRED :

• Education Level : University or higher degree.
• Language Level : Intermediary English (read, write and speak), minimum B2 level.
• Autonomy and Task Management : Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow.
• Desired Qualification : Previous experience in laboratory and / or research and development will be a differential factor.
