Job Description

Educational Background :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Journeyperson card or five (5) years documented related experience in the trade

Desired :

• Formal training at a recognized trade school
• College or machine/equipment maker experience
• Experience in all areas of machine maintenance

Work Experience :

• Industrial background with knowledge of PLCs
• Ability to understand and modify ladder logic for troubleshooting and Kaizen
• CNC experience
• Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits
• Robotics experience
• Mechanical abilities

Desired :

• Willingness to perform both electrical and mechanical work
• Team player who helps achieve team goals

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Repair downed machines and perform other maintenance as needed
• Participate in Kaizen activities to prevent machine breakdowns
• Assist with Quality Circle activities within maintenance teams
• Support production when required

Schedule (8-hour shifts) :

• 1st Shift (currently not available for new hires)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 5-day work week
• Limited weekend overtime
• Volunteer overtime available
