Job Description

We're looking for a Journeyperson/Skilled Trades Associate with a background in Facilities maintenance. If you're a team player with mechanical abilities and electrical skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Journeyperson's card OR 5+ years of proven experience with Facilities Equipment such as Boilers, Air Compressors, Substations, High Voltage, R.O. Water Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, and HVAC Systems.
• Strong mechanical skills. Electrical skills are a plus.
• Willing to perform both Electrical & Mechanical work.

Desired Qualities:

• A well-rounded Maintenance Associate eager to help the team achieve goals.
• Ability and desire to work and collaborate with other skilled trades associates across 3 shifts.
• A team player who supports and contributes ideas to improve facility operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain utilities in the manufacturing area, including repair and scheduled PMs of equipment. Must be comfortable working at heights of 40-50 ft using Hi Lift equipment.
• Participate in Kaizen activities to prevent equipment failures.
• Assist with Quality Control activities within the Maintenance team.
• Support Production and other maintenance groups as needed.
• Willing to work in confined spaces.
