A leading luxury retail company is seeking a Size & Fit Specialist to join their Milan office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in size and fit, possess in-depth knowledge of garment sizing, and effectively communicate fit information to various teams. Responsibilities include working with the stylist and photographer, analyzing return reports, and representing the size and fit team in model casting sessions.

To support our team we are searching for a Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

What You Do

• Work closely on-set with the stylist and photographer daily, ensuring each item is shot in the correct size and represented correctly in terms of Size and Fit
• Provide accurate and engaging fit information to the customer through the Size and Fit copy, adding relevant notes to the company system using the Size and Fit guidelines
• Analyse weekly return reports, making sure all information provided on the website is accurate and helpful, and update the live Size and Fit copy accordingly
• Coordinate refit sessions as required
• Represent the size & fit team in model casting sessions, selecting models which will best showcase the fit of the clothes
• Respond to size and fit related queries from customer care, personal shopping and wider business teams
• Support the team with the day to day upload process by carrying out any ad-hoc duties necessary
  
  

Who You Are

• Previous experience in Size & Fit is required
• A genuine interest and knowledge of garment sizing and product fit is a must, as is the ability to communicate this accurately and articulately to customers and other teams within the business
• Able to illustrate extensive understanding of technical garment issues affecting the fit
• English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Confident to liaise with a variety of departments and colleagues
