Job summary

Albacostruzioniscpa is seeking a Site Supervisor for a major EPC project involving new electrical substations for the National Transmission Grid. You will ensure site activities align with instructions, timelines, and the company’s quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include direct supervision, safety compliance monitoring, and coordinating with the Site Manager and other stakeholders. A strong background in site management and relevant certifications is required for this permanent

• First Aid and Emergency Management training certification.
• General and Specific Safety Training certification.

• Direct supervision of workers and operational organization of the site.
• Daily monitoring to ensure compliance with Site Manager’s directives and safety regulations.
• Intervention in case of non-compliant behavior including potential suspension of activities.
• Reporting non-conformities to superiors, especially equipment deficiencies or hazardous conditions.
• Coordinate activities in compliance with Article 19 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Communicate and collaborate with workers, Site Manager, and other parties.

Job description

We are looking for a Site Supervisorfor a majorEPC contract(Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning) for thenew construction of electrical substationswithin the National Transmission Grid. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance with the instructions received, within the established timelines, and in adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct supervision of workers and operational organization of the site;
• Daily monitoring to ensure compliance with the Site Manager’s directives and safety regulations;
• Intervention in case of non-compliant behavior by providing instructions and, if necessary, temporarily suspending activities;
• Reporting non-conformities to superiors, particularly deficiencies in equipment, tools, or hazardous conditions;
• Effective coordination of activities in compliance with the obligations set out in Article 19 of Legislative Decree 81/2008;
• Communication and collaboration with workers, the Site Manager, and other involved parties.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in site management, preferably in network infrastructure and/or public works.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• General and Specific Safety Training certification.

WORK LOCATION
