Job summary

Albacostruzioniscpa is seeking a Site Supervisor for a major EPC contract involving new electrical substations within the National Transmission Grid. You will ensure site activities align with directives, timelines and the company’s quality and safety standards, across Ginosa Marina and trips to Sant'Anastasia.

Responsibilities include direct supervision of workers, daily safety compliance checks, non-conformity reporting, and coordination with the Site Manager and other parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, preferably in networks/public works.
• Mandatory Preposto, First Aid and Safety training certifications.
• Willingness to travel between Ginosa Marina and Sant'Anastasia.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of workers and on-site organization.
• Daily monitoring to ensure safety and site directives are followed.
• Intervene for non-compliant behavior and suspend work if needed.
• Report non-conformities regarding equipment, tools or hazards.
• Coordinate activities in line with Legislative Decree 81/2008 requirements.
• Communicate with workers, Site Manager, and other stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a major EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning) for the new construction of electrical substations within the National Transmission Grid. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance with the instructions received, within the established timelines, and in adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct supervision of workers and operational organization of the site;
• Daily monitoring to ensure compliance with the Site Manager’s directives and safety regulations;
• Intervention in case of non-compliant behavior by providing instructions and, if necessary, temporarily suspending activities;
• Reporting non-conformities to superiors, particularly deficiencies in equipment, tools, or hazardous conditions;
• Effective coordination of activities in compliance with the obligations set out in Article 19 of Legislative Decree 81/2008;
• Communication and collaboration with workers, the Site Manager, and other involved parties.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in site management, preferably in network infrastructure and/or public works.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Preposto (Supervisor) training certification;
• First Aid and Emergency Management training certification;
• General and Specific Safety Training certification.

WORK LOCATION
