Job Title: Site Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Pisa

Serve as the Human Resources Partner (HRP) for the designated manufacturing site, offering guidance and assistance to functional managers and employees.

Develop, oversee, and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with business objectives and local requirements.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TAC) to ensure recruitment processes adhere to HR guidelines.

Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews in compliance with company policies.

Lead local learning initiatives in accordance with the HR strategy and Talent Development Programs specific to the site.

Provide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist managers in finding optimal solutions for employees.

Ensure the integrity of data in Workday, the HR management system.

Monitor and improve monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Address internal audit requirements as necessary.

Collaborate with third-party vendors on-site for effective management of contingent workers.

Intervene in employee relations matters as needed.

Engage with the Personnel Administration Group (PAG) for legal issues or labor law advice regarding employee relations.

Partner with Employee Experience/Engagement Partners to execute the Local Employee Experience Strategy (EES) action plan.

Manage workforce planning initiatives and work with People Solutions to ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field; Master’s in Human Resources Management preferred.
  2. At least 7 years of HR experience in a dynamic international manufacturing setting.
  3. Thorough understanding of labor laws at the national contract level.
  4. Proven leadership skills with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  5. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  6. High emotional intelligence and empathy in professional interactions.
  7. Problem-solving skills for complex HR challenges.
  8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  9. Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  10. Experience with HR software, preferably Workday.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
