Competenze

• 3+ anni di esperienza nell'ingegneria dei processi, preferibilmente nelle energie rinnovabili.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano, il tedesco è un plus.

• Gestire le operazioni quotidiane e garantire il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi.
• Monitorare e riportare indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI) alla direzione.

About this vacancy:

This is your chance to be involved in many interesting projects in some of the most trendy sectors of the industry like: Renewable Energies, Automation & Robotics, Logistics and Oil & Gas.

TMC is currently supporting several clients worldwide during the design, management and installation phase of innovative plants and systems.

You will be able to:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including production schedules, quality control and inventory management
2. Ensure effectiveness of the construction and site management, in compliance with time schedule, cost, quality and HSE
3. Manage contract with client according to the Project Manager’s guidelines
4. Implement and oversee process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
5. Guarantee continuity between the completion of Construction and pre-commissioning activities
6. Organize any corrective action required to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and to bring costs back to budget
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
8. Prepare the Site final report

What we expect from you:

1. Technical background, degree in Engineering field
2. 3+ years of experience in the field of process engineering; Renewable Energies experience will be an advantage, Automation/Robotics and Oil/Gas will be evaluated
3. Reliability, flexibility and problem-solving competencies
4. Self-motivated and result-driven person
5. Fluency in English and Italian (communication and technical English and Italian); German language will be considered a plus
6. Experience in field and commissioning activities
7. Willingness to travel extensively
