Site Project Engineer | Oil&Gas | Kazakhstan, Solaro

This position is for a Site Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector, working on a significant project located on the Caspian Sea coast in Kazakhstan. The project duration is estimated at 15-18 months, after which the candidate will be permanently assigned to the technical office in Assago (MI).

The selected candidate will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design activities. Specific responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and supervising FEED activities of subcontractors
• Supporting the Project Manager in managing subcontractors
• Managing budget and related documentation
• Coordinating technical activities and implementing corrective actions if needed
• Monitoring workload and progress
• Participating in regular meetings to review project status, resolve interdisciplinary issues, and validate engineering development

Requirements

• A technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in Project Management roles within the Oil & Gas/Offshore plant sector
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
• Professional knowledge of English
• Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for the duration of the project (15-18 months)
