Site Project Engineer | Oil & Gas | Kazakistan, Rozzano

This is a job opportunity for a Site Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector, managed by Jobtech, a fully digital employment agency. The position involves working on a significant plant project located in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast), with an estimated duration of 15-18 months. After this period, the candidate will be permanently employed at the technical office in Assago (MI).

The engineer, reporting to the Project Manager, will oversee and coordinate feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design activities. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and supervising FEED activities of subcontractors
• Supporting the PM in managing subcontractors
• Managing budgets and related documentation
• Coordinating technical activities and implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Monitoring workload and progress
• Participating in regular meetings to review project status and resolve interdisciplinary issues, as well as validating engineering development

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent training
• Extensive experience in Project Management roles within the Oil & Gas/Offshore plant sector
• Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling
• Professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for the duration of the project (15-18 months)

Additional Information:

• Salary package: Fixed-term contract - includes relocation support with guaranteed returns
• Salary: €60,000 net annually
• Contract duration: 1 year
