Oil & Gas

Jobtech, an entirely digital employment agency, is seeking a Site Project Engineer for a well-established company specializing in equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.

The selected candidate will be involved in a major project at an installation site in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast), with an estimated duration of 15/18 months. Afterward, the individual will be permanently based at the technical office in Assago (MI).

The role reports to the Project Manager and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design.

The specific responsibilities include:

• Analysis and supervision of FEED activities by subcontractors
• Supporting the Project Manager in managing subcontractors
• Managing budget and related documentation
• Coordinating technical activities and implementing corrective actions if necessary
• Monitoring workload and progress
• Supporting the Project Manager in meetings to review progress, resolve interdisciplinary issues, and validate engineering development

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in Project Management roles within the Oil & Gas/Offshore equipment sector
• Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for the duration of the project (15/18 months)

Compensation package: Fixed-term contract - includes relocation support with guaranteed returns.
