This is a job posting for a Site Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector, managed by Jobtech, a fully digital employment agency. The position involves working on a significant engineering project located in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast), with an estimated duration of 15-18 months. After the project, the candidate will be permanently assigned to the technical office in Assago (MI).

The engineer will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED) and preliminary design activities. Specific responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and supervising FEED activities of subcontractors
• Supporting the Project Manager in managing subcontractors
• Managing budgets and documentation
• Coordinating technical activities and implementing corrective actions if necessary
• Monitoring workload and progress
• Participating in regular meetings to assess project status and resolve interdisciplinary issues

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in Project Management roles within the Oil & Gas/Offshore engineering sector
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
• Professional knowledge of English
• Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for 15-18 months

Compensation and Conditions:

• Gross salary: €60,000
• Temporary contract (1 year) with relocation package and guaranteed returns
