Job Description:

Oil & Gas

Jobtech, an entirely digital employment agency, is seeking a Site Project Engineer for a well-established company specializing in equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.

The selected candidate will be assigned to an important engineering project in Jakarta, Indonesia, with an estimated duration of 15-18 months. After this period, the individual will be permanently based at the technical office in Assago (MI).

The person, reporting to the Project Manager, will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and supervising FEED activities of subcontractors
• Supporting the Project Manager in managing subcontractors
• Managing the budget and related documentation
• Coordinating technical activities and implementing corrective actions if necessary
• Monitoring workload and progress of the project
• Supporting the Project Manager in periodic meetings to assess progress and resolve interdisciplinary issues, as well as validating engineering developments

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent training
• Extensive previous experience in Project Management roles within the Oil & Gas/Offshore engineering sector
• Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling
• Professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to relocate to Jakarta for the duration of the project (15-18 months)

Compensation package: Fixed-term contract - includes relocation support with guaranteed returns to Italy.
