Amazon is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Procurement Specialist to provide procurement solutions to operation locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Procurement support across multiple sites, demonstrating strong relationship management skills with internal customers from various backgrounds and organizational levels.
- Strategically identify, develop, and maintain local supplier relationships while balancing multiple competing priorities.
- Exercise critical judgment to enforce Procurement policies while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across different functions and cultures.
- Drive and execute local and EU Procurement initiatives, demonstrating ability to prioritize high-impact activities.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to identify and deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, requiring effective time management and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage expectations, influence decisions, and provide constructive pushback when necessary.
- Show strong independent judgment and decision-making capabilities while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead contract negotiations and implementation while maintaining clear performance metrics and stakeholder satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the Procurement field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Professional fluency in English and Italian (written and verbal).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- CIPS or similar procurement certifications.
- International procurement experience.
- Experience with e-procurement tools.
- Additional European languages.
