A leading company in the healthcare sector seeks a Site Payment Optimization Manager to enhance and maintain processes surrounding site payments. The role demands extensive negotiation experience and the capability to manage complex payment disputes, reinforcing ties with external providers and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a background in Business Administration or Finance, five years of relevant experience, and communication skills in both English and Italian.

Essential Functions :

• Develop and maintain site payment optimization process with company stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver site payment optimization budget training internally and to external providers (e.g., administrative payment agents, CROs).
• Function as subject matter expert for site payments globally.
• Identify, draft and deliver new processes and policies related to subject matter expertise as needed (including but not limited to site payment optimization process).
• Serve as the liaison between Development Operations, investigative sites and external providers (e.g., administrative payment agents, CROs) to address site payment related issues for all Incyte studies.
• Develop strong relationships with Development Operations, investigator sites, and external providers (e.g., administrative payment agents, CROs) and meet business objectives related thereto.
• Maintain consistent communications with internal and external clients, including in-person discussions, telephone calls, and e-mail.
• Conduct or assist with financial payment audits related to studies as required.
• Develop and maintain site payment hold, closed study invoicing, and external provider accountability procedures and training related thereto.
• Engage and deliver special projects as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, science or related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years negotiating site contracts and budgets and / or facilitating / managing site payments.

Ability to negotiate and manage complex payment disputes.

Goal oriented, self-starter with proven ability to work independently.

Able to proactively identify issues and provide potential solutions for resolution.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deliverables in accordance with stated timelines.

Proficiency with Grant Plan and all applications of Microsoft Office.

Good interpersonal skills. Comfort with ambiguity; ability to act without having the total picture.

Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
