Hitachi Rail cerca un Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator dinamico, basato a Napoli o Pistoia. Ruolo chiave per guidare manutenzione, consegna servizi e miglioramento operativo in ambienti ad alta velocità.

Richiesta laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettronica, inglese fluente e italiano obbligatorio; esperienza di supervisione 3–5 anni e capacità di guidare progetti con attenzione a costi e tempi. Retribuzione annua tra 36.000€ e 46.000€.

Competenze

• Min 3–5 anni di esperienza in supervisione in commissioning o manutenzione nel settore ferroviario o analoghi.
• Capacità di coordinare team, gestire budget e fornire risultati sotto pressione.
• Ottime doti comunicative, problem solving e decision-making.

Mansioni

• Guidare e coordinare team multidisciplinari di manutenzione su più siti.
• Gestire le attività di Operations, Service & Maintenance (OS&M), pianificazione ed esecuzione.
• Garantire una comunicazione proattiva con i clienti e gestione delle consegne.
• Sviluppare standard operativi, procedure e strumenti per una manutenzione affidabile.
• Assicurare conformità a normative HSE e coinvolgere reparti interni.
• Contribuire a definire la missione e le strategie di sede e avviare retrofit durante i periodi di garanzia.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate and guide multi‑disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.
  • Ensure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
• Operational Excellence
  • Oversee all Operations, Service & Maintenance (OS&M) activities, including planning and execution.
  • Implement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.
  • Guarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.
• Customer Focus
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.
• Process & Performance Management
  • Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on site performance, delivery, and maintenance activities.
• Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all site activities comply with regulatory and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Materials Management, Engineering) to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
• Strategic Contribution
  • Support the definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate implementation of retrofits and modifications during warranty periods.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Education

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).

Languages

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €.
