Hitachi Rail è alla ricerca di un coordinatore operativo di sito per Napoli o Pistoia. Ruolo dinamico, con responsabilità dalla gestione di attività di manutenzione a supporto di consegne e miglioramento continuo.

Il candidato ideale possiede 3–5 anni di esperienza in supervisione, ottime capacità di comunicazione e una solida conoscenza di MS Office, con laurea in ingegneria meccanica o elettronica.

Competenze

• Min. 3–5 anni di esperienza come supervisore in ambito di collaudo e/o manutenzione in rail o settori affini.

Mansioni

• Coordina e guida team di supervisori multispecialistici su siti differenti.
• Gestisce l’OS&M: pianificazione ed esecuzione di attività di manutenzione e consegna.
• Mantenere alti livelli di soddisfazione del cliente tramite comunicazione proattiva.
• Sviluppa standard, procedure e strumenti operativi per manutenzione e supporto.
• Garantisce conformità a norme HSE e collaborazione tra reparti.
• Contribuisce a definire missione e strategia del sito e alla gestione di retrofit durante la garanzia.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.
  • Ensure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
• Operational Excellence
  • Oversee all Operations, Service & Maintenance (OS&M) activities, including planning and execution.
  • Implement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.
  • Guarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.
• Customer Focus
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.
• Process & Performance Management
  • Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on site performance, delivery, and maintenance activities.
• Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all site activities comply with regulatory and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Materials Management, Engineering) to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
• Strategic Contribution
  • Support the definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate implementation of retrofits and modifications during warranty periods.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Education

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).

Languages

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €
