An independent power producer in Veneto is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the execution of utility-scale solar PV projects. You will manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has over three years of relevant experience and must be fluent in Italian. This role offers a chance to contribute to Italy's clean energy transition.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in on-site construction of solar PV or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of MV systems and construction best practices.
• Fluent in Italian.

Independent Power Producer (IPP)

is seeking a

Site Manager

to oversee the on-site execution of

utility-scale solar PV projects

Northern Italy . Based on-site, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on-site and report directly to the Project Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with HSE regulations Monitor site progress and maintain accurate daily / weekly reporting Support with technical problem-solving and liaise with engineering teams Requirements : 3+ years’ experience in on-site construction of solar PV or electrical infrastructure Strong understanding of MV systems and construction best practices Fluent in Italian Willing to be based near project sites in Northern Italy and travel as needed Being located in Northern Italy or the Milan area is required
