Position

We are selecting a figure of Site Manager. The figures, in the context of naval construction sites will be responsible for:

1. Coordinate and train internal and/or external laying personnel regarding laying methods and equipment use as well as safety issues;
2. Manage installation operations in compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations;
3. Ensure adherence to the time schedule in compliance with the planning of site activities;
4. Collaborate in the preparation of progress reports and other documentation in collaboration with the construction office, the Project Manager, and other company functions;
5. Manage the acceptance, sorting and storage of materials and equipment at the construction site;
6. Take care of quality control and testing of installed items before final delivery to the customer for acceptance.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years' experience in the role;
2. Previous experience in shipbuilding sector;
3. Knowledge of technical drawing and fair knowledge of Office package, and preferable knowledge of Autocad, MS Project;
4. Excellent ability to manage on-site resources completes the profile.
