To be successful in this role, you will:

  1. Have experience working in a Field Operation role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
  2. Have a good working knowledge of installation and maintenance tasks.
  3. Display a strong customer service mindset, experienced in leading customers through tough decisions.
  4. Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
  5. Have an EU passport/European Work permit and excellent verbal and written English and Italian skills.
  6. Be flexible to guarantee long-term support at the customer site (minimum 6 months shift).

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the maintenance site activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant scope of work.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
  2. Overseeing, overhauling, troubleshooting, and commissioning products at customer sites.
  3. Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal teams.
  4. Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.
