MISSIONS

As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar, you will supervise the correct execution (physical and commissioning) of works to ensure the quality of our PV plants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading, planning, controlling, and coordinating all activities during construction.
  2. Ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies on site.
  3. Serving as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties.
  4. Managing the delivery of equipment to the site.
  5. Verifying that works adhere to local, national, and international regulations.
  6. Assisting in establishing detailed material lists for sites, if needed.
  7. Preparing weekly reports (construction progress, inventory, HSEQ, machinery).
  8. Overseeing the commissioning of infrastructure.
  9. Approving contractor and subcontractor works.
  10. Controlling the conformity of services at project completion.
  11. Ensuring tests, trials, and operations meet the Urbasolar QAP standards prior to acceptance.
  12. Organizing and participating in on-site meetings.
  13. Contributing to process improvements and technical monitoring.
  14. Reporting hazards and risks identified during construction.

PROFILE

Minimum 5 years’ experience. Fluent in Italian (excellent communication skills); English is a plus. Must be available to work 100% on-site and travel extensively.
