MISSIONS

As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar, you supervise the correct execution (physical and commissioning) of the works to ensure the quality of our PV plants.

You will report to the Team Leader Construction of the country, and your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead, plan, control, and coordinate all activities during the works.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ internal policies on site.
• Act as the first point of contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties.
• Manage the delivery of equipment on site.
• Verify that works are done in accordance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Participate in establishing detailed lists of materials needed for the sites (if needed).
• Prepare weekly reports (construction progress, inventory, HSEQ, machinery).
• Oversee the commissioning of infrastructures.
• Approve contractor and subcontractor works.
• Control the conformity of services at the end of the building sites.
• Ensure tests, trials, and operations are conducted prior to acceptance, according to Urbasolar QAP.
• Organize and participate in on-site meetings.
• Contribute to process improvements and technical monitoring.
• Report hazards and risks identified during construction.
