MISSIONS

As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar, you supervise the correct execution (physical and commissioning) of works to guarantee the quality of our PV plants. Reporting to the Team Leader Construction, your main responsibilities include:

1. Leading, planning, controlling, and coordinating all activities during construction.
2. Ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies on site.
3. Acting as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties.
4. Managing the delivery of equipment to the site.
5. Verifying that works comply with local, national, and international regulations.
6. Participating in establishing the detailed list of materials needed for the sites (if required).
7. Preparing weekly reports on construction progress, inventory, HSEQ, machinery, etc.
8. Overseeing the commissioning of infrastructures.
9. Approving contractor and subcontractor works.
10. Conducting conformity controls at the end of construction phases.
11. Ensuring tests, trials, and operations are completed prior to acceptance, in accordance with Urbasolar QAP.
12. Organizing and participating in on-site meetings.
13. Contributing to process improvements and technical monitoring.
14. Reporting hazards and risks identified during construction.

PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent communication skills in Italian; English is a plus.
• Willingness to be on-site full-time and travel extensively.
