Job Opportunity: Site Manager

Apleona Italy, a leading provider of pan-European integrated facility management services, is seeking a talented Site Manager for our public sector client in Bergamo (BG), North West area. With nearly 30 years of experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructural, technical, and commercial services across Europe and globally.

The Site Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of hard and soft services, focusing on building maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards regarding time, quality, and costs. Responsibilities include managing maintenance teams, scheduling, safety programs, budget management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure the delivery of maintenance and cleaning services, adhering to contractual standards.
• Manage maintenance and cleaning teams, prioritize operations, and handle client requests using CAFM systems.
• Manage direct personnel, including scheduling leave, verifying reports, and managing overtime.
• Implement safety programs to ensure worker safety, supported by ASPP.
• Conduct joint audits with the client to verify maintenance and cleaning activities' compliance with safety standards.
• Organize on-the-job training and information sessions as needed.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and manage scheduled and extraordinary maintenance needs for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage assigned budgets and oversee all extraordinary activities related to hard and soft services.
• Map and monitor general and specific plant systems.
• Participate actively in technical and organizational decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma, engineering, surveyor, or architecture degree.
• Proven experience of at least 4-5 years in Facility Management as a Site Manager, especially in production sites with specific training on HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and basic CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Navision for order management.
• Knowledge of CEI, UNI standards for industrial plants, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and safety regulations (D.Lgs.81/08).
• Interest and ongoing professional development in management topics.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
