Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our automotive test bench facilities in Mirafiori, Turin. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and/or service providers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical performance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating, planning, and supervising all on-site maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and internal instructions.
  • Managing site activity plans and budgets to meet both technical (KPIs) and financial targets.
  • Monitoring team performance and driving continuous optimization and profitability.
  • Leading regular meetings, tracking activity indicators, and effectively managing any conflicts or issues.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record (approximately 10 years) in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations, ideally within the automotive or aeronautical sectors.
