Due to our growth, we are looking for a Site Lead (freelancer with a fixed contract).

Main responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and maintenance of solar infrastructure.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and support staff.
3. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.
4. Quality Control: Maintain high construction standards, ensuring compliance with design and industry best practices.
5. Project Coordination: Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
6. Resource Management: Manage equipment, materials, and manpower to optimize efficiency and costs.
7. Progress Reporting: Report regularly on project status, challenges, and achievements.
8. Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
9. Environmental Compliance: Ensure activities comply with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

The ideal candidate:

• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in site or construction management, especially in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Project) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations is a plus.

• Willing to travel frequently.
• Willing to work outdoors in Italy.
