Competenze

We are hiring three SITE MANAGERs for exciting projects in the renewable energy sector:

• One Site Manager for the sites in Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), and MEDEA (GO)
• One Site Manager for the sites in Alexandria and Briona

Project: Revamping of biogas production plants

Main responsibilities include:

1. Planning project activities and costs in accordance with contractual requirements;
2. Monitoring site progress daily, weekly, and monthly against plans;
3. Organizing regular team meetings for site activity planning;
4. Participating in progress meetings with suppliers;
5. Assessing project feasibility and reviewing supplier execution plans;
6. Managing suppliers and resolving issues;
7. Coordinating with the Client's Construction Department;
8. Managing construction sites;
9. Defining, implementing, and managing the organizational structure of the construction team;
10. Supervising and coordinating third-party work (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.), ensuring progress according to schedule;
11. Verifying and approving documentation related to project accounting, in line with approved schedules and permits;

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in scientific subjects;
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Basic knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and biogas upgrading technologies;
• Skills in plant engineering, especially gas treatment systems;
• Experience in revamping projects or plant construction;
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the gas sector;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work locations:

• Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), MEDEA (GO)

Contract duration: 12 months, with possible extension and/or transformation. On-site work, 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
