Une entreprise innovante dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables recherche un Site Manager pour superviser des projets de revamping d'installations de production de biogaz. Avec un contrat de 12 mois sur site, les candidats doivent avoir une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes et une formation scientifique pertinente.

Competenze

• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets.
• Connaissance de la construction de systèmes de traitement des gaz et des processus de digestion anaérobie.
• Expérience dans des projets de revamping ou de construction d'installations.

Mansioni

• Planification des activités du projet et suivi des coûts.
• Gestion des sites de construction et coordination avec le client.
• Supervision et coordination du travail des sous-traitants.

Position: Site Manager

Duration: 12 months fixed-term contract, with possibility of extension or transformation.

We are seeking three Site Managers:

• One Site Manager for the sites of Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), and Medea (GO).
• One Site Manager for the sites of Alexandria and Briona.

Project: Revamping of biogas production plants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning project activities and related costs in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly progress of the construction site against the plan.
• Organizing regular meetings with the team to plan site activities.
• Participating in regular progress meetings with all suppliers.
• Verifying project feasibility and reviewing suppliers' execution plans.
• Managing suppliers, including problem resolution.
• Coordinating with the Client's Construction Department.
• Managing construction sites.
• Defining, implementing, and managing the organizational structure of the construction team.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of third parties (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.), ensuring progress according to schedule.
• Verifying and approving documentation related to project accounting, in line with approved work plans and current authorizations.
• Diploma and/or Degree in scientific subjects.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the role.
• Basic knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and biogas upgrading technologies.
• Skills in plant engineering, especially gas treatment systems.
• Experience in revamping projects or plant construction.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the gas sector.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Locations:

• Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), Medea (GO).

Fixed-term 12 months contract, with possible extension or transformation. On-site, 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday.
