We are hiring three SITE MANAGERs for exciting projects in the renewable energy sector :

• One Site Manager for the sites in Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), and MEDEA (GO)
• One Site Manager for the sites in Alexandria and Briona

Project : Revamping of biogas production plants

Main responsibilities include :

• Planning project activities and costs in accordance with contractual requirements;
• Monitoring site progress daily, weekly, and monthly against plans;
• Organizing regular team meetings for site activity planning;
• Participating in progress meetings with suppliers;
• Assessing project feasibility and reviewing supplier execution plans;
• Managing suppliers and resolving issues;
• Coordinating with the Client's Construction Department;
• Defining, implementing, and managing the organizational structure of the construction team;
• Supervising and coordinating third-party work (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.), ensuring progress according to schedule;
• Verifying and approving documentation related to project accounting, in line with approved schedules and permits;

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in scientific subjects;
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Basic knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and biogas upgrading technologies;
• Skills in plant engineering, especially gas treatment systems;
• Experience in revamping projects or plant construction;
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the gas sector;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work locations :

Contract duration : 12 months, with possible extension and / or transformation. On-site work, 8 hours / day, Monday to Friday.
