Piper Maddox are partnered with one of Italy's leading IPPs to hire Site Managers across their solar construction sites in Sicily. Working on the client side, this is a site based position requiring the supervision of external EPC contractors on utility scale PV projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality, delivery and health and safety across the site, driving the construction project forward on behalf of the client.

As Site Manager, you will :

Analyse and control the project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitions.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to.

Oversee subcontractors’ installation work with site engineers, ensuring design accuracy quality.

Ensure proper procedures and reporting for damages or accidents in collaboration with the HSE department.

Key Skills :

Minimum of 2 years experience as Site Manager on Solar construction.

Ability to be onsite all week and travel across Italy.

Excellent Italian and English skills.

Ideally someone with previous experience on Sicilian projects.

This will be an initial fixed term contract, with the opportunity for a permanent position after the initial 12 month period.
