Site Manager

  • The Site Manager is responsible for managing all on-site activities related to solar PV projects. They oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Key Responsibilities : Monitor construction activities throughout the construction and commissioning phases.Certify the achievement of construction milestones, testing, and commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) requirements.
  • Reporting : Provide clear and transparent reports to the Project Manager. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on-site. Stakeholder Management : Organize and participate in site meetings with contractors, HSEQ managers, external site managers, and local authorities.Maintain relationships with all parties involved, including local authorities, technical representatives, and landowners. Contractor Supervision : Supervise, motivate, and manage contractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Requirements : At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position within the solar industry.Knowledge of multidisciplinary activities in civil engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, HSEQ, environmental).Familiarity with national and international technical standards for construction and photovoltaic systems.EU driver’s license.Willingness to learn, work within standardized processes, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.Excellent organizational skills and decision-making / problem-solving abilities.
