Job Description

Site Manager

Deadline: 16/07/2025

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy for utility-scale solar project construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Studying the project scope of work, including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders, and subcontract requisitions.
2. Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.
3. Overseeing, with site engineers' assistance, subcontractors' installation works.
4. Providing daily reports on materials received onsite.
5. Collaborating with Procurement and Logistics to coordinate material deliveries.
6. Ensuring compliance with Metlen Energy & Metals' technical standards and all relevant norms and standards.
7. Managing site facilities, including office rentals, utilities, and cleaning services.
8. Coordinating with DL and CSE as needed.
9. Serving as the safety officer ('preposto alla sicurezza') for the site.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a site manager in construction.
• A university degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
