We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Secure Environments team based in Aldermaston.

Location:

Aldermaston

Hours:

40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll support the Secure Environments team in delivering projects across the UK Defence portfolio, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing the site to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Supporting Senior Management in implementing contractual strategies and building effective teams.
3. Managing and implementing Health & Safety procedures, including audits and documentation.
4. Monitoring and controlling resources, including subcontractors, to maximize efficiency.
5. Ensuring timely delivery of project reporting, forecasting, and maintaining comprehensive site records.

What are we looking for?

This role is suitable if you:

• Have previous Site Management experience with a proven track record.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and preferably SC Clearance (or are eligible for it).
• Possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and are commercially aware.
