Position: Site Manager

Duration: 12 months fixed-term contract, with potential extension and/or conversion.

We are seeking three Site Managers for the following sites:

• One Site Manager for Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), and MEDEA (GO)
• One Site Manager for Alexandria and Briona

Project: Revamping of biogas production plants

Main responsibilities include:

• Planning project activities and costs in accordance with client contractual requirements;
• Monitoring site progress daily, weekly, and monthly against the plan;
• Organizing regular meetings with the team to plan site activities;
• Participating in regular progress meetings with all suppliers;
• Verifying project feasibility and reviewing suppliers' execution plans;
• Managing suppliers, including problem resolution;
• Coordinating with the client's Construction Department;
• Managing construction sites;
• Defining, implementing, and managing the organizational structure of the construction team;
• Supervising and coordinating the work of third parties (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.), ensuring progress according to schedule;
• Reviewing and approving documentation related to project accounting, consistent with approved work plans and current permits;

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in scientific fields;
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Basic knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and biogas upgrading technologies;
• Skills in plant engineering, especially gas treatment systems;
• Experience in revamping projects or plant construction;
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the gas sector;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Work locations:

• Annia (Torviscosa - UD), Flaibano (UD), MEDEA (GO)

Contract: 12 months fixed-term, with potential for extension and/or transformation. On-site, 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
