We're currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join our M Renewables team in Milan, part of our subsidiary in Italy.

Your role will encompass:

1. Organizing and monitoring projects’ deliverables around design localization processes.
2. Approving the final technical solution and design for technical sign-off, to accommodate the most efficient project implementation/construction and ensure the most optimized and cost-effective solutions.
3. Adapting to the unique needs and requirements of every new market/product/technology in order to provide technically appropriate, on-time and cost-effective solutions.
4. Reviewing contract technical annexes for both EPC and own projects.
5. Negotiating the priorities and deadlines according to specific region's resources and planning the work schedule of the team members in order to comply with the work volume and deadlines.
6. Implementing any technical solutions and equipment that best serve project requirements and the company's business plan.
7. Coordinating team members' capacity targets execution.

What you bring to the role:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other related engineering fields.
2. Electrical licensing (Italian Charter Engineer) essential for technical sign-off of designs.
3. Proven track record of 5+ years of PV, BESS, MV-HV electrical installations.
4. Excellent use of Office 365 and AutoCAD.
5. Quality results-oriented.
6. Excellent use of Italian and English.
