A renewable energy leader in Lamezia Terme is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the correct implementation of electrical systems in solar park construction. The ideal candidate has a BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of solar power systems, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, alongside experience in managing subcontractors effectively.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical design, codes, and standards is essential.

Mansioni

• Initial site setup and establishment assisted by HSE site manager.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team.
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the subcontractor.
• Supervise subcontractors' schedule and works.
• Report deviations from the scope by subcontractors to the project manager.
• Assist with the construction flow and timetable.

We are currently looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.

Responsibilities

• Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager)
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor
• Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
• Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
• Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable

Qualifications

• BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering; MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
